Getting started

  • Download Arai Health from the App Store, tap "Sign Up," and follow the guided setup. You'll verify your email and complete a brief onboarding to personalize your experience.

  • Yes. Your health data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details

  • Yes. During onboarding, you can choose to track for yourself or for a child. The app will personalize its language and recommendations accordingly.

Using the app

    • Daily symptoms and flare-ups (with photos)

    • Food intake and potential dietary triggers

    • Skincare products and routines

    • Journal entries (text or voice)

    • Environmental factors (weather, pollen, humidity)

  • Arai uses AI to analyze your logged data over time, identifying patterns between your activities, environment, and symptoms. The more consistently you log, the more accurate your insights become.

  • These are correlations the AI finds in your data—like noticing flare-ups tend to occur after eating certain foods or during high-pollen days. Each pattern includes a confidence level and actionable recommendations.

  • Yes! You can generate a downloadable health report from two places:

    • Home page – Scroll to the bottom and tap "Generate Insight Report"

    • Profile page – Tap "Health Summary" in Settings

    Select your date range, and you'll get a PDF with your symptoms, logs, patterns, and insights that you can share with your healthcare provider.

Notifications

  • Go to Profile → Notifications to enable and customize reminders for symptom logging, meals, skincare routines, and weekly reports.

  • If enabled, you'll receive an email every Sunday with AI-generated insights from your week—patterns detected, statistics, and personalized tips.

Account & Settings

  • On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password.

  • Contact us at contact@araihealth.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We'll process your request within 48 hours and permanently delete all your data.

  • Currently, email changes require contacting support. Email us at contact@araihealth.co with your current and new email addresses.

Troubleshooting

    1. Check your internet connection

    2. Pull down on the home screen to refresh

    3. Try logging out and back in

    4. If the issue persists, contact support

    1. Go to your device Settings → Arai Health → Notifications

    2. Ensure notifications are enabled

    3. In the app, go to Profile → Notifications and verify your preferences

  • Insights require at least 7 days of consistent logging to detect patterns. Keep tracking daily, and patterns will appear as data accumulates.
