By downloading, installing, or using the Arai Health mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Arai Health is a personal eczema management companion that helps users track flare-ups, skincare routines, and dietary intake. The App provides AI-powered insights to help identify patterns in eczema symptoms. The App is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. Parents or guardians may use the App to track their child's eczema management.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including photos, notes, and health logs. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to: violate any laws or regulations; infringe on the rights of others; transmit harmful or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The App is not intended to provide medical advice. The insights and recommendations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARAI HEALTH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
